If both delivery requirements are met and qualifying visits total zero through the end of the applicable paid billing period, you can request a manual refund review. If approved, you’ll receive 100% of eligible subscription fees.
Visits count from the first Auspia article, page, or exchanged backlink going live. The free scan is separate.
How the review works
We count visits through the end of the paid billing period in which both requirements are met.
Published articles and completed exchanges count toward the requirements. Additional pages are a separate plan benefit, not another delivery requirement; their qualifying visits still count. Matches and submissions are not completed exchanges. Missing tracking does not establish zero visits. Separately purchased credit packs are not refundable under this guarantee.

Questions about Auspia?
From your first scan to published work, here is what to expect.
What does Auspia do?
Auspia helps you turn a content opportunity into work you can review. Start by finding keyword gaps that fit your business. With Starter, Auspia drafts articles and organizes backlink work. You choose the topics, review each draft before publication, and check published articles, completed exchanges, and visits separately.
What is a keyword gap?
A keyword gap is a search term a competitor ranks for that your website does not. It can reveal a topic you have yet to cover or a page that needs more work. Treat each gap as a possible opportunity, then decide whether it fits your audience and what you offer.
Is the scan free, and how do I start?
Yes. Enter your website and select Scan my site free. The free scan takes about 5–6 minutes and does not require a credit card. Sign in to run your scan.
What will the scan help me understand?
The scan brings together three things: missing keyword coverage, what people are trying to do when they search, and the kind of page that could meet that need. Use them to decide whether to create an article, improve an existing page, or leave an opportunity for later.
Which keywords should I work on first?
Start with the searches most relevant to your customers and your offer. Check the intent behind each term, the pages already ranking, and whether your site has useful coverage. Use difficulty and other estimates to compare options, then choose a topic you can answer with specific, helpful information.
Where does the keyword data come from, and what do KD and country mean?
Data source. Auspia uses DataForSEO in its keyword research. The figures are estimates to help you compare opportunities.
Keyword difficulty (KD). Where available, DataForSEO’s KD score estimates how hard it is to rank in Google’s top 10 organic results, on a scale from 0 to 100. A higher score means stronger competition. When that metric is unavailable, a score may use a fallback estimate. KD is not a guarantee of ranking or traffic.
Country. This is the target search market used for the research, not the location of your website’s visitors. Keyword metrics can vary by country and language, so compare results for the same market.
Use these estimates alongside search intent and relevance to your business. They do not measure qualifying visits under the money-back guarantee.
Who reviews the articles, and where are they published?
You review each draft before it is published. Check the facts, wording, and fit with your business, then decide when it is ready. Articles can use the Auspia default blog or a connected publishing platform. See the publishing options and tracking requirements before the first article goes live.
What is included in Starter?
Starter includes article drafting and backlink work, with 20 articles per month and 10 completed backlink exchanges as plan commitments. Additional pages are a separate plan benefit. Starter costs $99/month, billed at checkout. Cancel anytime. Starting a free scan does not purchase Starter.
How do I know a backlink exchange is complete?
Check the published pages and the actual links involved in the exchange. A match, submission, or request awaiting confirmation is a step in the process, not a completed exchange. Only verified completed exchanges count toward the requirement of 10. Visits are checked separately from the work itself.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
After 20 articles are published and 10 backlink exchanges are completed, you may request a manual refund review if total qualifying visits remain zero through the applicable paid billing period. Apply after that period ends; qualifying visits count. Approved requests receive a refund of eligible subscription fees. Additional pages are not another delivery requirement, but their qualifying visits still count.
