Two delivery requirements
- Published articles
- 20
- Completed backlink exchanges
- 10
An article counts after it has been published. A draft awaiting your review does not count. An exchange counts after completion is verified. Matches, submissions, and exchanges awaiting confirmation do not count.
After both requirements are complete, you may request a manual refund review if total qualifying visits remain at zero through the end of the applicable paid billing period. If approved, you’ll receive 100% of eligible subscription fees back.
Additional pages are a plan benefit. They are not an extra refund delivery requirement. Genuine visits to Auspia-created pages still count in the traffic review.
Visits count from the first Auspia article, page, or exchanged backlink going live, including during the trial, through the end of the paid billing period in which both requirements are completed.
Articles published and exchanges completed during the trial count toward these requirements. If both are completed during the trial, visits are measured through the end of the first paid billing period. If you never pay, there are no subscription fees to refund.

From completed work
to a refund review.
Connect publishing and check tracking.
Make sure you can review drafts, open published pages, and track qualifying visits at the correct URLs.
Complete both delivery requirements.
Publish 20 articles and verify 10 completed backlink exchanges. Completed trial work counts toward both requirements.
Wait until the qualifying paid period ends.
Use the paid billing period in which both requirements are completed. If both were completed during the trial, use the first paid billing period. Check qualifying visits across the full measurement window.
Request a manual review.
Contact Auspia Support with your website domain and the relevant billing period. The team reviews the request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed manually and confirmed.
What we measure.
What we refund.
We use different time windows to measure visits and calculate eligible subscription fees.
Visit measurement window
or exchanged backlink goes liveQualifying paid
billing period ends
Starts when the first Auspia article, page, or exchanged backlink goes live, including during the trial. Ends at the close of the paid billing period in which both delivery requirements are completed. If both are completed during the trial, it ends at the close of the first paid billing period.
Eligible subscription-fee window
the refund review
Eligible subscription fees are calculated from your first payment through the date the team completes the review, less amounts already refunded. Separately purchased credit packs are excluded.
Which visits count?
We review genuine visits to Auspia-created articles and pages, regardless of traffic source, plus visits reaching your website through exchanged backlinks. Additional Auspia-created pages are included even though they are not a delivery requirement.
Internal, test, and bot traffic, visits to unrelated pages, and backlink impressions without an actual visit do not count. Missing or incomplete tracking does not count as evidence of zero visits.
A qualifying trial visit counts. A single qualifying visit means the total is no longer zero. A later billing period with no visits does not reset that result.
An example of
the two windows.
These dates illustrate the rules. They are not a customer result or a promised delivery schedule.
| Event | Date |
|---|---|
| Paid billing period | August 1–31 |
| First Auspia page goes live | August 5 |
| Both delivery requirements completed | August 20 |
| Review requested | September 7 |
| Review completed | September 10 |
Visits: August 5–31. The window continues through the billing-period end, not just the day delivery was completed.
Fees: from the first payment through September 10, less previous refunds. If the first page or exchanged backlink went live earlier during the trial, visit measurement starts on that earlier date.
If both delivery requirements were completed during the trial instead, visits would still be measured through the end of the first paid billing period. Without a paid subscription, there are no subscription fees to refund.

Starter
$99/month
3-day free trial. Cancel anytime.
20 articles/month and 10 completed backlink exchanges. You review every article before it is published.
Additional pages are separate plan benefits. They do not add another refund delivery requirement, and their genuine visits still count.
Starter entitlements renew each billing month. Renewal does not reset the guarantee’s visit measurement window or erase earlier qualifying visits. You do not need to spend every credit to qualify.
The free trial has no subscription fees to refund. The guarantee does not promise rankings, indexing, AI citations, traffic growth, leads, or revenue.

Read the delivery, tracking, and review rules together. A refund is approved after a manual review.
When can I request a refund review?
You can request a review when:
- 20 articles have been published.
- 10 backlink exchanges have been completed.
- The applicable paid billing period has ended.
- Total qualifying visits remain at zero across the full measurement window.
Use the paid billing period in which both delivery requirements are completed. If both requirements were completed during the trial, use the first paid billing period. Articles published and exchanges completed during the trial count.
Approval follows a manual review; it is not automatic. Additional pages are not a third delivery requirement. If you never pay, there are no subscription fees to refund.
Which visits count?
Genuine visits to Auspia-created articles and pages count regardless of traffic source, as do visits reaching your website through exchanged backlinks. Additional Auspia-created pages are included even though they are not a delivery requirement.
Internal, test, and bot traffic, visits to unrelated pages, and backlink impressions without visits are excluded. Measurement starts when the first Auspia article, page, or exchanged backlink goes live, including during the trial, and continues through the qualifying paid billing period’s end.
Does work completed during the trial count?
Yes. Articles published and backlink exchanges completed during the trial count toward the two delivery requirements. If both requirements are completed during the trial, the first paid billing period is the qualifying period.
Qualifying trial visits count too. A single qualifying visit means the total is no longer zero, even if a later billing period has no visits. The trial itself has no subscription fees to refund. If you never pay, there are no subscription fees to refund.
How much can be refunded?
If approved, you’ll receive 100% of eligible subscription fees from your first payment through the date the team completes the review, less amounts already refunded. Separately purchased credit packs are excluded.
Do I need to spend every credit to qualify?
No. You do not need to spend every credit. Unused credits do not disqualify an otherwise eligible refund request. The two delivery requirements and the qualifying-visit rules still apply.
What tracking is needed?
Tracking must cover the URLs where your content is actually published, including pages on the Auspia default blog. Analytics connected only to your main website may not cover pages hosted elsewhere.
Missing or incomplete tracking does not establish zero visits. The review uses available publishing, backlink, and visit records to verify delivery and qualifying traffic.
Do Starter entitlements renew monthly?
Yes. Starter entitlements renew each billing month. That renewal does not reset the guarantee’s visit measurement window or erase an earlier qualifying visit.
Visits are measured from the first Auspia article, page, or exchanged backlink going live through the end of the paid billing period in which both requirements are completed. If both are completed during the trial, use the first paid billing period.
What do I need to provide or authorize?
Provide the publishing permissions and tracking needed to complete and verify the work. Review and edit each draft before it is published, and check tracking at the real published destinations.
These are the practical steps needed to complete and verify the work. The two delivery requirements remain 20 published articles and 10 completed backlink exchanges. Matches, submissions, and exchanges awaiting confirmation do not count as completed exchanges. Additional pages are not another delivery requirement, but their genuine visits count.
How long does the review take?
The team reviews requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed manually and confirmed. The 3-business-day review period does not guarantee when the refund will reach your bank account.
Contact Auspia Support with your website domain and the relevant billing period so the team can review the delivery and qualifying-visit records.
Does requesting a refund cancel my subscription?
No. A review request does not automatically cancel your subscription. You can cancel to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not invalidate a request that is already eligible.
Where does the keyword data come from, and what do KD and country mean?
Data source. Auspia uses DataForSEO in its keyword research. The figures are estimates to help you compare opportunities.
Keyword difficulty (KD). Where available, DataForSEO’s KD score estimates how hard it is to rank in Google’s top 10 organic results, on a scale from 0 to 100. A higher score means stronger competition. When that metric is unavailable, a score may use a fallback estimate. KD is not a guarantee of ranking or traffic.
Country. This is the target search market used for the research, not the location of your website’s visitors. Keyword metrics can vary by country and language, so compare results for the same market.
Use these estimates alongside search intent and relevance to your business. They do not measure qualifying visits under the money-back guarantee.
