You can request a refund after your plan has completed all of the following and the billing period in which that work was completed has ended:

• At least 20 articles published
• At least 10 backlink exchanges completed

There’s no additional waiting period, and you don’t need to cancel your subscription before requesting a review.

Both requirements must be completed before the applicable paid billing period ends. If both are completed during the trial, use the first paid billing period. Additional pages are not a third requirement, but their genuine visits count.

We count genuine visits to the articles and pages Auspia creates, plus visits to your website through the backlinks exchanged as part of your plan.

We review traffic from the date your first Auspia article, page, or exchanged backlink goes live through the end of the billing period in which all required work is completed. The combined total must be zero to qualify.

Traffic to unrelated pages from other sources does not affect eligibility. Internal visits, test traffic, and bots do not count. For exchanged backlinks, only visits that reach your website count.

We verify results using your connected Google Analytics data and records of the work completed. Missing or incomplete tracking data requires further review.

Yes. Published articles and completed backlink exchanges count toward the two delivery requirements. If both are completed during the trial, visits are measured through the end of the first paid billing period. Qualifying trial visits count too.

If even one qualifying visit occurs during the trial, the combined total is above zero. A later paid period with no visits does not reset that total.

The trial itself is free, so there are no trial fees to refund.

If our team confirms that you qualify, we’ll refund 100% of the subscription fees you paid from your first payment through the date we complete the review, less any amounts already refunded.

Credit packs purchased separately are excluded. Our team reviews each request, processes approved refunds manually, and sends you a refund confirmation.

No. Plan completion means 20 articles published and 10 backlink exchanges completed. Unused credits do not prevent you from meeting that delivery requirement. The qualifying paid billing period must still end, and the combined total of qualifying visits must be zero.

The data used for the review needs to cover the Auspia-created articles and pages, plus visits reaching your website through exchanged backlinks. Check the actual published URLs for each destination. If you use an Auspia default blog, tracking your main website alone may not measure visits to that blog.

Missing tracking data is not evidence of zero visits. It requires further review alongside the completed-work records.

Yes. Every paid billing period includes 20 published articles, 10 completed backlink exchanges, and 20 additional web pages built and published. Additional pages are a separate benefit, not another refund delivery requirement; their genuine visits count. Both delivery requirements must be completed, the applicable paid billing period must end, and qualifying visits must total zero. Monthly renewal does not reset earlier visits.

Our team checks these requirements together with the completed work and zero-visit condition. Requests that do not meet the guarantee requirements are not eligible for a refund. Missing or incomplete data requires further review and is not automatically treated as zero visits.

Our team reviews refund requests within 3 business days and contacts you directly. If your refund is approved, our team processes it manually and sends a refund confirmation. The three-business-day timeframe applies to the review.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription during the review to stop future renewals. A refund request does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have already met the guarantee requirements, cancellation does not invalidate your request.

For an approved refund, eligible subscription fees paid through the date our team completes the review remain in scope, less amounts already refunded. Visits are still checked only through the end of the qualifying paid billing period.
